Not even a one star... Had my claim since end of November, very early December... Apparently it's sat with the underwriters because the treatment for the condition is over 5k... Been chasing underwriters since Christmas and I'm thousands down and vets have refused treatment till it's sorted. So I'm paying for a policy I can't even use. I call up every week and keep being told, they've chased UW again. Raised a complaint who that department have also chased them and again I'm left with nothing and my pet is suffering... They write on here that someone will be in touch and no one ever is... Just to keep up appearances... Absolutely awful
