This service provides valuable coverage for pet owners. However, I encountered an issue while trying to upgrade my dog's existing policy. I applied for a new, more expensive plan but was told I had to cancel my current policy to proceed. This means my pet will be uninsured for the entire month of December until the new policy starts on January 1. This practice is unacceptable and reflects poorly on customer service—upgrading should not leave pets uninsured.
