Rochelle's excellent service makes Nationwide Pet Insurance a good choice, though there's room for improvement in their reimbursement process compared to other providers I've experienced. I transitioned from another company in July 2025, and I've been with what was once Veterinary Pet Insurance since 1991 or 1992, now known as Nationwide. As a company that covers various types of insurance, I wonder if this affects their efficiency in handling claims, especially with so many pet insurance options available today, compared to the single provider in the 90s. I've been with them for over 30 years, and I hope that my loyalty is recognized. Rochelle stands out with her courteous approach, although not all representatives match her level of service. I plan to revisit this review later as my pet, Brandy, needs more excitement in her senior years, despite her mobility issues.
