Absolutely shocking service. Sainsbury’s Pet Insurance has been nothing but frustrating to deal with — poor communication, lack of accountability, and completely unacceptable customer service.
When people are dealing with the stress of looking after their pets, the last thing they need is to be messed around and treated like an inconvenience. This experience has been a complete letdown and far below what anyone would expect from a company of this size.
Avoid if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.
Would not even give them a 1 star if I had a choice.
