I'm extremely dissatisfied. My order shows as delivered, but it hasn't arrived. I've emailed twice, messaged on social media, and called multiple times. This was supposed to be a special birthday gift, and now it's ruined. I advise everyone to steer clear; there are many negative reviews, and I'm very disappointed with the service. I will be requesting a chargeback through my bank.
