I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. My order status shows it was delivered, but I have yet to receive it. I've emailed twice, sent a message on social media, and called multiple times. This was meant to be a special birthday gift, and now it's ruined. I strongly advise against using this service, especially given the numerous negative reviews. I plan to initiate a chargeback with my bank.
