Ordered a toddler bed - disassembled our daughter’s cot and unpacked the new bed - majority of the bolts were missing! Frustratingly then had to rebuild the cot. What a waste of an afternoon. Contacted customer service and did get a fast response but it’s been 9 days and still waiting for the bags of bolts. I don’t understand how the bed was sent fast shipping but for missing parts they have been sent snail mail from the Netherlands…
