I made a purchase through a social media ad on 11/9/2025. When my five makeup bags didn't arrive, I tracked them and found they were stuck in customs in Italy. I've contacted the support team multiple times, and they assured me that my items are on the way. However, I now have a new tracking number showing they're coming from Shenzhen, China, and today is December 18th. I'm extremely disappointed, as these were meant to be gifts for my colleagues. I'm now pursuing a refund. Fingers crossed!
