I made a purchase through a social media ad on 11/9/2025. When my five makeup bags didn't arrive, I tracked them and found they were stuck in customs in Italy. I've contacted the support team multiple times, and they assured me that my items are on the way. However, I now have a new tracking number showing they're coming from Shenzhen, China, and today is December 18th. I'm extremely disappointed, as these were meant to be gifts for my colleagues. I'm now pursuing a refund. Fingers crossed!
Total disappointment. I've been waiting a month. They respond to emails, which is something, but their replies are vague, assuring me my makeup bag is on its way. However, they don’t address my questions, and the tracking info they provide is inconsistent and unhelpful. I've requested a refund, but they’ve ignored my request. I believe they are dishonest. What I received was not what was shown or what I ordered. The family depicted on their website and the woman in the video seemed fake or possibly AI-generated. Their so-called customer service offered ridiculous compensation and mentioned that returns would need to go to China! I fell for this obvious scam.
Zero stars! They charged me significantly more than I initially realized—about $60 extra! Only receiving AI responses, and there's no tracking available. It's been 21 days since they claimed it was shipped and it's still overseas. I'm disputing the nearly $200 charge with my credit card company. I regret buying from a social media ad.
Awful experience! This company is terrible. Do not order from them. I likely won't receive the items I ordered since the tracking number they provided seems fake. I wasted my time trying to recover an overcharge through a payment platform. They added 30% tax after I placed my order. Very deceptive practices. I don't understand how they get away with this.
