This company had the worst customer sales department I’ve ever dealt with, even worse than Easy Jet and I thought I would have to go a long way to beat them.We order the dog bundle as advertised and of course paid the monies.On delivery we found that all we received was the shower, no attachments so in a sense it was useless.We wrote to the company stating that we thought we ordered the bundle but obviously it had been processed as the shower alone, and as such could we pay the difference, keep the shower and await the rest of the bundle.When we heard from Customer Support they just said return it and reorder 🤷🏻‍♂️, why was beyond me but we complied with their request and it was ent back unopened and as such unused.It then took them 2 weeks to acknowledge that they had received the product back and that a refund would be processed in another 10 days.To our horror they deducted 20% from the monies due which was against their policy, when challenged they have just ignored us.So £25.30 has been stolen from us with out any explanation.Their T&C’s clearly state that we have 30 days for a full refund if the product was returned in its original state which it was.We have written on numerous occasions but of course with company like this they refuse to answer.I wonder how many other people they have stolen from by doing the same thing.
