DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE

I placed an order on the 23rd September for a pet shower. I have still not received it, tried to cancel the order, but there is no contact information other than petjet support member called Jai. When you submit a review to their 'internal' team a phone number appears, and guess what - it's the talking clock!It's totally a scam. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.

Avoid this company at all cost

Having placed an order nearly two weeks ago and the company happy to take my money we have received no product despite 48 hour delivery quoted. There is no customer service and no contact telephone number. You simply receive automated responses in a cowardly manner. Avoid this company like the plague! They are not fit to do business.

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking. Ordered early Sept, still waiting for the item. When I chased them 'Jai' sent an email back with some waffle about them moving warehouses and to give PETJET more time to send the ShowerPro before giving them a bad review...now they are not responding to emails, they don't have a phone number. DO NOT BUY FROM PETJET.

Ordered a dog shower online the 2nd of oct delivery was in 48 hrs no item arrived so tracked my order didn't exist although they had taken over £90 out of my account .Emailed customer services twice had no reply do not use this company they are fraudulent

Customer service staff

Customer service staff, Jajai, was super helpful after I accidentally ordered the wrong item. They got a new one sent out to me straight away and it was delivered within 3 days. Couldn’t be more grateful for the help they’ve given. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about but I could not fault this company! 5 star service

Deplorable Company. I am still waiting for a replacement as…

I am still waiting for a replacement for a faulty shower unit as they will not refund my £219. It is now four months and still nothing received. What a deplorable company and product.

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid using the company at all costs. I have had a battle with them for nearly two months. I have had to involve citizens advise consumer services in order to get legal advice on how to get my money back. Unlike other reviewers they shipped my product almost immediately. The product does not work, not even producing lukewarm water. Be aware they know about this clearly if you read their returns info. This is where the problems start. They have no returns address and no returns contact number so they make it really difficult to return an item. It took me about 7 requests and about 4 weeks for them to finally give me a returns address which is some farm in Middlewich. I returned and specified I wanted a full refund. It took them another week to confirm receipt of goods back and tell me they have given me a credit note to spend on their site. I advised I did not request this and they were to process the refund. This is when they started ignoring emails. With no other means to contact them you are stuck. Advice from citizens advice consumer service lead me to writing to them formally advising of their obligations under the consumer rights act to refund my money. This was done recorded delivery where confirmation of receipt was obtained but they still ignored. I had paid Klarna pay in 3 so when I had returned the item I had opened a case with them. Process is they chase the supplier and after no response and I evidence confirmation of receipt of goods returned Klarna give me my payment back and they chase the debt. I assume this is now happening as Klarna refunded my first payment and have written off the debt by me on the agreed cut off date. There is definitely something not right with how the company operates so if you don’t want to lose your money avoid it at all costs! I strongly urge you to report this company to trading standards via the citizens advice consumer service if they are doing the same to you. I am advised the more people who report this company the more chance we have of stopping them doing this to anyone else and others losing their money.

Terrible and very shady company

Terrible and very shady company. The worst experience from start to finish. I placed an order and wanted to cancel it before they dispatched it, but they put up every single barrier possible and I had to jump through all sorts of hoops to get a refund and eventually had to threaten going to my bank for support.Having returned the item the next day it arrived, it somehow took nearly 6 weeks to get a refund and countless emails chasing. This is some sort of scam or a front for something else. Do not spend money with them! Also worth noting they delete any real comments from customers on their socials page and use glossy marketing to sell cheap parts. AVOID.

Ordered a dog shower from PetJet…

Ordered a dog shower from PetJet Company. Terrible customer service - had to email them several times to check on status of shipment. Order arrived months after initial order. Poorly packed and the shower head looked used and the box was damaged. Then got a huge surprise: FEDEX billed me for $104 USD in duty - never disclosed by the company. Means the kit was 25% higher in price than advertised. WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.
