There are 2 reasons to avoid this product and company. Firstly, the product is unfit for purpose if you buy it to wash your dog with warm water; to get the temperature above 25 degrees there is such a small trickle of water making it impossible to shower!However, worse than that, my product stopped working after 2 uses on the same day (trying to get to grips wit it). I took a video to demonstrate to Customer Service (who initially were quick to respond) that it did not turn on at all as no power to the unit. After repacking and sending it back for my refund, they have ignored every single e-mail and are completely silent, leaving me without the broken product and my money! I have no other option but to pursue this through Citizens Advice.
