Don't bother with this company. Customer service is appalling. The PetJet product idea is great, but the heating capability is so poor that they are useless. They even know this, as their returns policy will only give you 80% of your purchase price back if your issue is that the product doesn't actually work with your water pressure - so they are obviously used to having them returned, and have found a way to make money out of it.
