I had been a loyal customer for several years. I ordered the "Balance" probiotics for my dog. He didn't like the flavor at first, but soon after began happily eating them. After a while (2-3 years), I decided to begin a subscription for the product and that's where the problem began. Initially, I was charged for, and received, 1 unit per month. (there's a 2 month supply in each bottle)After amassing a year's supply, and after numerous attempts to alter the shipping frequency, Petjoy only stopped delivering the product. Petjoy did NOT, however, cease billing me. Through PayPal, I've managed to recover 2 of the 3 wrongful charges to my account. I highly doubt I'll ever receive the last payment.There are several other issues with Petjoy, as it relates to the main website but the absolute lack of customer service and support is the final straw. After all of these years, they will never receive another order from meThrough PayPal, I was charged for 3 containers of the Balance probiotic formula.
