Order not Delivered....Ordered an exercise vibrating plate for 62.90 euro on April 5th ... account debited on 8th April... Tracking 17track said it was delivered on 5th May but i never received it.... Wrote you email informing you it was not delivered and requested refund... got no response since.... I want my money refunded.....
I had been a loyal customer for several years. I ordered the "Balance" probiotics for my dog. He didn't like the flavor at first, but soon after began happily eating them. After a while (2-3 years), I decided to begin a subscription for the product and that's where the problem began. Initially, I was charged for, and received, 1 unit per month. (there's a 2 month supply in each bottle)After amassing a year's supply, and after numerous attempts to alter the shipping frequency, Petjoy only stopped delivering the product. Petjoy did NOT, however, cease billing me. Through PayPal, I've managed to recover 2 of the 3 wrongful charges to my account. I highly doubt I'll ever receive the last payment.There are several other issues with Petjoy, as it relates to the main website but the absolute lack of customer service and support is the final straw. After all of these years, they will never receive another order from meThrough PayPal, I was charged for 3 containers of the Balance probiotic formula.
Ordered humidifier. Product not satisfactory, reguested to return product. Return approved and sent shipping label. Returned product by Canada post at cost of $30.17. Product received by Petjoy on Jan 08. No cofirmation or refund received. Four days notified refund denied. They now have my product and $97 that I paid for it.
I see on these posts that I am not the only one that has paid for their products and have not received theme. I am also not able to contact them on website phone number provided and their blog also appears to be down. Time for a call to my bank and also to Colorado Attorney General’s office!!
I think this company is going under. They continue to withdraw funds from my account but I never received the product. The customer service phone number is always busy. Because I have automatic withdrawals I'll need to change my account number to make them stop.
I honestly believe this company has gone under. Ive been using this product from his company for the last five years. My 17 year old husky is doing great with them and they ran out of the Thrive said they’re on back order now they run out of the balance kept giving me credit of two dollars for my purchase. I’m just going to Fight the charges. The company has gone under. That is my conclusion. Sad it was a great product.
Has anyone else lost the life of their pet while giving them these supplements? We lost 2 dogs are giving the dogs the hip and joint supplements. The 2nd dog passed within 2 weeks after been giving the chews? Please comment if you lost your dog suddenly, just want to find out if there is anyone else affected by this, I have a haunch we are not alone!!!!
I only ordered 1 time to try your product - not to get over and over. My dog does not like it and then I get 3 more bottles, I have tried over and over to cancel this, but they just keep coming - without my permission!! The 207 phone # is not an active and the 888 phone # is no help at all. I have 10 bottles now that I would like to send back but of course there is a 30 day policy. Customer Service Stinks - can't even talk or email with a representative
I have ordered from petjoy back in September and have not received my order yet. I have called several times and they have not sent my order yet I called today and no answer. The last time I spoke with petjoy was early may and they told me I would be receiving an email about my order and still nothing. I believe they are a scam. Been dealing with them about a year and still nothing!!!! Don't order from this company.
After running through my first order of vitamins, I ordered 5 bottles of vitamins for my dog Willy as a one time order. Processed on 5/23/24. Since then the only thing it says about my orders on their website is that the orders were processed - no shipping information, no UPS tracking numbers, nothing. Calling their 888 number is useless - it just goes to a musical recording and stays there. I tried the online help and got nothing but another number to call (727-205-4005) which DOES NOT EVEN WORK! There isn't even an email address to which I can send a message. I think this company has degraded into a scam.
