Placed an order on Sunday May 15. Paid for two day shipping. Never got notified items shipped so Monday, May 23 i tried to call and find out what happened. No one answers the phone or returns your voicmails. I waited on hold for 30 minutes and then was transferred to a voice-mail. Left a message. Did this twice. No call back. So i emailed, was responded too within a few hours. At this point i was told my order was still processing and expected to ship by the end of the week. But yet, the money was taken out of my account on Tuesday May 17. Two day shipping and a week later you still have not even processed my order? I canceled my order and asked for a refund. Will not be shopping with Pet Life again.
