I purchased a specific brand/flavor of cat food - my cats are finicky like most. PetLife shipped a product that was different and cheaper than that pictured. At first I assumed I mis-ordered, and went back to the webpage for the product - nope, that is exactly what I ordered - and didn't receive. I contacted them, sending them a link to what was ordered and a different link to what was actually sent. 3 days later I received a response - 'that is what is on the website'. Umm, no. Then I went and looked - they changed the picture!If you order from them, screen shot everything.
