Customer service sucks but item was great

Item was great.. customer service not so much.. I paid $48.77 for priority mail express, item was to arrive no later than Wednesday but arrived 2 days late.. I called and asked for a refund and was told I would only receive a partial refund from what I paid for priority mail express and priority mail.. I should have received $35.71 but was only refunded $18.. Called again and was told I should have only been refunded $8.. This makes no sense at all.. If you pay for a service you expect to get that service if not refund me.. I also asked to have a receipt emaild to me of my purchase and what exactly I paid for and was told they would do not send out receipts like that.. Asked how I could get one was told I couldn't. I needed that receipt to show post office because they said they had no problem refunding me the remainder as long as I had a receipt.. I can say I will not shop here again. I have screenshots to show what the delivery options are but can't post to this review..
