PetLife has a range of products available to purchase on their website. However, if they make a mistake on your order, do not expect any accommodation or to receive the item you need. Some details on my experience with PetLife include: I initially purchased a bag on November 16, 2020. My dog could not fit it the bag, so I contacted PetLife Support to understand how the exchange process worked. I needed a medium size instead. Support told me to buy the item again in the size I needed and return the small that I no longer needed. I promptly made an additional purchase with the size I needed and returned the small bag to PetLife with a shipping label that they provided.PetLife then mailed me another bag, but with the incorrect size (a large). I again contacted Support to attempt to get the size that I needed, hoping I would not have to make ANOTHER additional purchase. This time, Support said that they were out of the size I needed (medium) but would get more in stock soon. This was on December 11. As of the date of this review, I still have not received my refund from the original bag that I returned to PetLife back in December, nor have I received a return label for the incorrect size despite asking. I have received no additional communication on resolution of this issue from PetLife, despite reaching out several times on their Contact Form and email.If this issue is resolved, I may be able to change my rating, but considering the poor customer service and that I still do not have a usable bag, I would rate 0 stars if possible.
