Their replies were vague and unhelpful, with phrases like “we’re on it” or “we’ll get back to you soon,” but they never followed up. Now, the sweater still hasn’t arrived, and I have to file a claim to resolve this. Their product isn’t unique, and there are many other sellers offering similar items. Based on this experience, I regret not choosing one of them.
