Stay away from this company. I placed an order on December 1st, and as of February, I still have not received my product. Their customer service is non-existent; they provided a phone number that doesn't even work. Every time I email, I get a generic apology blaming 'post office delays,' but it’s clearly an excuse to avoid issuing a refund. This is a scam. Don't waste your time or money like I did.
My experience with this service has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I ordered two personalized pet hoodies during a major sale, which were clearly advertised as guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. The website claimed 5 days for production and 7 days for shipping, which heavily influenced my decision to make the purchase. This information turned out to be misleading. The order arrived in January, nearly one full month late, rendering it completely useless as a Christmas gift. The company does not adhere to its own stated timelines, and the promises made on their site are simply untrue. To make matters worse, their handling of the situation afterward has been disappointing: • I have repeatedly requested a refund, yet none has been processed. • I was promised a 5% compensation refund, which was never issued. • Customer service provides generic, evasive responses and avoids taking responsibility. This behavior reflects a lack of professionalism, honesty, and accountability. The service fails to deliver what it advertises and does not adequately resolve customer complaints. Given this experience, I strongly recommend against making a purchase from this company. In my view, this is not a reliable or trustworthy business.
I placed an order for a custom dog sweater at the beginning of December, assured it would arrive before Christmas. As the holiday approached and I received no shipping updates, I contacted customer support for an estimated arrival. Their replies were vague and unhelpful, with phrases like “we’re on it” or “we’ll get back to you soon,” but they never followed up. Now, the sweater still hasn’t arrived, and I have to file a claim to resolve this. Their product isn’t unique, and there are many other sellers offering similar items. Based on this experience, I regret not choosing one of them.
I placed an order for six sweatshirts on December 2nd for Christmas gifts, but the order has been stuck in transit in Los Angeles since December 15. The only way to contact the support team is via email, and they have been unresponsive. I received one email two days ago stating they contacted their carrier and promised an update that same day, but that never came. Now my kids will have no presents under the tree! To make matters worse, they refuse to issue a refund since the order is still marked as in transit. I strongly advise against ordering from them!

The quality of the embroidery is impressive. You can feel the craftsmanship and see how meticulously it was made. My parents were amazed when I showed it to them and have already asked where I purchased it so they can get one too. Highly recommended.
