I placed an order for six sweatshirts on December 2nd for Christmas gifts, but the order has been stuck in transit in Los Angeles since December 15. The only way to contact the support team is via email, and they have been unresponsive. I received one email two days ago stating they contacted their carrier and promised an update that same day, but that never came. Now my kids will have no presents under the tree! To make matters worse, they refuse to issue a refund since the order is still marked as in transit. I strongly advise against ordering from them!
