To make matters worse, their handling of the situation afterward has been disappointing: • I have repeatedly requested a refund, yet none has been processed. • I was promised a 5% compensation refund, which was never issued. • Customer service provides generic, evasive responses and avoids taking responsibility. This behavior reflects a lack of professionalism, honesty, and accountability. The service fails to deliver what it advertises and does not adequately resolve customer complaints. Given this experience, I strongly recommend against making a purchase from this company. In my view, this is not a reliable or trustworthy business.
