My bust of my dog looks absolutely nothing like her. Apparently my Border Collie cross is in fact a Pug that has survived a stroke!I contacted the company expecting them to honour their website claim of a full refund or replacement only to be offered a 30 then 50% refund. They have had ample chance to rectify this issue but refused to do so. I have contacted my bank to start the process of refunding my money. Suffice it to say I will not be recommending this company.
