The figurine was crafted beautifully and closely resembled my pet. The support team was attentive and quick to respond, helping me make modifications to ensure the figurine captured my pet accurately. Overall, my experience was very positive, and I would recommend this service to anyone in search of a personalized pet keepsake.
I would highly recommend using PetPals. Their service was first class, professional and empathetic. We sadly lost our cat and Linda was very kind and understanding. They kept in touch with us, updating us on the progress of our order and sent pictures and videos. We were even asked if we had any changes or suggestions before proceeding further. I’ll definitely use them again in future. I had no problems whatsoever, live in the UK. When dispatched the order was fully trackable and packaged very well.
I bought this as a gift for a friend since her dog recently died. It does cost quite a bit but it’s also hand made. You’re basically paying for the person’s time and talent. It took a while to get delivered but it was worth it because they made sure that it will look exactly alike. They show it to you first before sending it out and they had to do a few adjustment so it took about a month for it to arrive. You can make as much adjustments as you like so it’ll look more like your pet.
It took 2 months to arrived and Terrible, my wife bought 2 orders and they DO NOT look like our dogs. This site is a total scam from china. I highly do not recommend. You’ll be wasting your time and money. Again I highly do not recommend coming from a dog family.

The Ragdoll is insanely accurate and my mums favourite is the cockapoos. We have the magnetic car mounts. I also got a full body sculpture of my cockapoo. The magnets have continued to stay stuck even in high heats. The sculpture is just as impressive as the day I got it and it sits pride of place on her memory shelf! I highly recommend. I don’t often do reviews but seeing as I’m this impressed and feel as though my babies are with us forever again. I feel it’s only right.
My bust of my dog looks absolutely nothing like her. Apparently my Border Collie cross is in fact a Pug that has survived a stroke!I contacted the company expecting them to honour their website claim of a full refund or replacement only to be offered a 30 then 50% refund. They have had ample chance to rectify this issue but refused to do so. I have contacted my bank to start the process of refunding my money. Suffice it to say I will not be recommending this company.
I saw these magnets on FB and thought what a great way to memorialize my dogs so I ordered them and when they arrived I couldn’t believe the quality of these little magnets they look EXACTLY like my Shadow and Lucas Shad has pink ears Lucas has whisky colored eyes and these are identical to them, I just rescued a little female and I’m getting a magnet for her also, I HIGHLY recommend this company they kept me updated on my order it came quickly these are wonderful people to do business with, Judi in California
I have now ordered over 5 magnets from this company and every single one has been spot-on. You can tell there was serious attention to detail. I was surprised they could even make a bust of my 7-breed, mixed terrier because his head shape and haircut is unique to him. I only had 1 issue with an item chipping in transit and the company addressed the issue quickly and did not make me pay for the replacement. Solid company that makes memorable gifts and stands by their promises. I would highly recommend this company.
