I have now ordered over 5 magnets from this company and every single one has been spot-on. You can tell there was serious attention to detail. I was surprised they could even make a bust of my 7-breed, mixed terrier because his head shape and haircut is unique to him. I only had 1 issue with an item chipping in transit and the company addressed the issue quickly and did not make me pay for the replacement.
