Product was great for the first year, then it started playing up, contacted Pawz and asked if there was a fix, they told me it was a a malfunction with the sensor of the machine and to contact the seller, the seller was the same registered ABN (doesn't sound dodgy at all) on Ebay were i was advised that it was out of warranty and there was nothing that could be done.
