⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing experience — buyer beware
I purchased an automatic litter box from this company and unfortunately had a very poor customer experience.
The unit itself was far larger than expected and completely unsuitable for my space. I contacted the company immediately to arrange an exchange for a smaller model, however I was told I needed to return the item at my own expense before anything could be considered.
The return freight alone cost me $120 — almost 50% of the price of the product, which feels completely unreasonable given I was simply trying to switch to a more suitable size. The item was unused, still wrapped, and only opened to check dimensions.
The lack of flexibility or customer support throughout this process has been extremely disappointing. Between the high shipping costs and rigid return policy, I would not purchase from this company again.
I strongly recommend future buyers carefully consider the sizing and return costs before ordering — this has been an expensive lesson.

At first our automatic litter box worked really well, but after only 1.5 years (and nearly $500), our litter box broke. customer service was not any better, where they were not helpful at all.i would recommend purchasing from somewhere else with such a high price point.
Purchased a Large Stroller Cruiser from Pawz and was extremely disappointed with the quality. After just one use — carrying nothing more than a cat — the upper sunshield support came loose from the side. No force was applied, and nothing heavy was placed on it.I left a feedback review on their website on 4 January 2026 and, unsurprisingly, never received a response. The product quality was disappointing, but the customer service managed to be even worse.Thanks to this company for the valuable lesson — I now know exactly where not to shop again.
Product was great for the first year, then it started playing up, contacted Pawz and asked if there was a fix, they told me it was a a malfunction with the sensor of the machine and to contact the seller, the seller was the same registered ABN (doesn't sound dodgy at all) on Ebay were i was advised that it was out of warranty and there was nothing that could be done. Have contacted the ACCC, spent $449 for to only last 18 months.
I initially bought dog harness, have a jack russell and not overweight, also measured before ordering.I bought size small which he wouldn't wear as too tight, if I wanted to return would have cost same as to buy supermarket harness, which is better fit.I then bought dog stairs, they have felt pads for steps which I put on. When he tried to use these stairs he kept slipping off. Stairs very small steps and close together.So quality ok but both articles are unusable due to the way manufactured. Be careful when ordering.
Terrible quality badly made does not look like the pictures and definitely not at all orthopaedic I wouldn’t buy anything from them again the bed sounds like it’s filled with plastic and feels like it too , no padding save your money I will be throwing this in the rubbish.
