Petplan works with our vet. So it is easier for me to pay the excess charge and leave it up to my vet to claim the rest. They also keep us informed on how the claim is progressing and when it will be paid. We have always found Petplan to pay the claim quickly. They may be more expensive than other animal insurance companies but you get the service. Very happy with Petplan.
