This company used to provide excellent service, but unfortunately, it seems to be declining. As a long-time customer, I have a good understanding of their operations. Shipments have become unreliable; you might order a specific item only to find it's out of stock. Many of my orders have had multiple items unavailable, and now they can't even maintain consistent packaging, resulting in receiving different sizes than what I ordered, which doesn't match the usual quantities. It's disheartening to say that I can no longer recommend this company, as they have become difficult to rely on.
