We've had no problems with claims for our little Chichon/Pom x. We have it dealt with now, through our vet, as we’re older and it’s less stressful for us. The vet & Pet Protect keep us updated on all claims, which is really helpful. We have had 3 dogs insured through Pet Protect to date, guess this says it all.
