Took pictures with tape measure, Described and showed them the issue in multiple emails, requested and exchange or return, and each time they responded like i was talking to a wall just saying it should fit. Avoid this company for anything.

Shipping was slower than promised

Shipping was slower than promised, but the product is good. I like that the filter is washable. It really helps contain the mess during trims. If you have a big dog, just know you'll be emptying the canister often.

Even 1 Star is to much. The first thing Petprovac shows on the top of their shopsite is "Kostenloser Versand & Rückgabe - 30 Tage Geld-zurück-Garantie".This is a lie.The parcel came way to late. I told them I dont need it anymore and I want to return it. 3 iPhone covers for 138 EUR.They do not accept it. NO full money return guarantee - NO free shipping return as they announce on their website. First they offered 20 EUR, then 50 EUR money back. ANYBODY OUT THERE:NEVER EVER ORDER AT PETPROVAC!!!
