I ordered three items but only received one. I have been emailing them for over a month trying to either get the rest of my order or a refund. They act as if they don't understand, suggesting I return items I never received. This is blatant dishonesty, and I'm concerned I'll never get my money back. I attempted to call but was met with an automated message directing me to email. AVOID THIS COMPANY! Update: After many emails clarifying my situation, they still ask for my order number, which I have provided multiple times. They refuse to acknowledge that I did not receive two of the items, only focusing on their return policy. This shows they are deliberately ignoring my requests for reimbursement.
