This is unacceptable. This shop has a Dutch website but completely Chinese. I ordered 100 silk pijama and 100 wool hat and I received 100%polyester products. The package is cheap, damaged plastic. The reviews on their website is not reliable. Do not buy from here. I am gonna wait for their response to get my money back otherwise I will report them. And their return policy says 20 to 30 €,why do I have to pay for their own fault? Sending 100% polyester while on your website it says 100% silk and 100% wool is scamming. So I want full reimbursement. I have sent an email to their given email address and I didn’t get response yet. And the packaging is already damaged, how am I supposed to ship back with the same packaging? The most annoying part is their website says Petra winkle.nl which a lot of people think it’s Dutch but IT IS NOT!

Beware of Unexpected Fees

Do Not Purchase Here!!

Avoid buying here!!! I paid for products that I never received. I reached out to customer service, but received no response. My experience was very disappointing. One star feels too generous. Don't trust any replies from customer service, as they only pretend to care but don't actually help. This has made me hesitant to shop online again!

Misleading Product Delivery

I ordered a CPAP machine for a family member, but the item I received was entirely different from what I anticipated. The delivery took an unacceptable month, and the company was unresponsive when I tried to return the item. I do not recommend making purchases from them.

Avoid This Company at All Costs!

I ordered three items but only received one. I have been emailing them for over a month trying to either get the rest of my order or a refund. They act as if they don't understand, suggesting I return items I never received. This is blatant dishonesty, and I'm concerned I'll never get my money back. I attempted to call but was met with an automated message directing me to email. AVOID THIS COMPANY! Update: After many emails clarifying my situation, they still ask for my order number, which I have provided multiple times. They refuse to acknowledge that I did not receive two of the items, only focusing on their return policy. This shows they are deliberately ignoring my requests for reimbursement.
