We initially talked with Martin and he was super helpful in assisting us to make the decision to go with them. We then worked with Elaine who was incredibly supportive and an absolute star at helping to solve problems. The ladies who received our pets in Europe and delivered them to us in Italy were also amazing.
We were very nervous and had A LOT of questions along the way. Elaine's patience and availability to always talk with us was so helpful in keeping us calm and feeling confident.
Our only issue was with the kennels. We needed 2 cat kennels and 2 dog kennels. We must have purchased nearly $3000 in kennels over time because the recommended ones were non-compliant (not a PRI issue, but a manufacturer issue). Even when the animals arrived at the cargo terminal, one of them was deemed non-compliant. We then only received 3 kennels at the other end (we think we'll get the other one back at some point, it is still in Rome and wasn't able to be checked for some reason) so our cats had to go in together (which we wanted originally but was not permitted for the US to Europe flight).
Overall we recommend PRI - their service was amazing and they were supportive along the way. If you have large dogs, start looking for crates early and get PRI to approve them as soon as you can.
