This is the second time I've used this company. I can't recommend them enough! You can tell Elaine cares deeply for your animals and understands the parents stress as well.I have 8 dogs and a cat and moving with them is so stressful. But Elaine made it so easy for me. I moved everyone from Costa Rica to Canada and am now returning to Costa Rica. Hopefully I don't move again for a long time, but if I do, I would ONLY use PRI. Elaine fixed every issue that came up super fast. I opted for full service, meaning animals picked up from my home and driven to the new location. And her quote was extremely transparent and also reasonable. I used a different company the first time I travelled, and the experience was night and day. All my animals arrived well taken care of with Elaine. Their experience seemed to have very little trauma which is so important to pet parents! Honestly, I don't believe anyone else could do what she does.
