Elaine was our guardian angel getting our dog, Dasher, from the USA to New Zealand. NZ is not for the faint of heart to relocate pets to, it has some of the strictest requirements in the world and needs many months of prepping and planning in advance. I called Elaine 5.5 months before we were moving, it took that and an additional month after we moved to get our Dasher down here. Throughout it all, many setbacks happened, and Elaine handled all of them quickly and expertly. She had empathy and genuine concern over our dog and the many hurdles it took to get him on the plane.It was a very emotionally stressful experience, but Elaine made it so that we weren’t doing it all on our own (I firmly believe he wouldn’t be here if we had tried to do it on our own). Don’t undertake relocating your precious pet without expert guidance, hire PRI and Elaine to ensure everything goes right.
