The main thing that made the experience great was Elaine herself. She has such a wonderfully careing disposition. You can really tell she's passionate about what she does and it shows with every interaction.I recently required her assistance with moving my my 80lb rottweiler Zelda to Sweden from the U.S. and she walked me through every step and managed every obstacle. She is very well versed when it comes to the ins and puts ofngetting your pet to where they need to go safely and the connections to make it possible. There's literally nothing that happened on my trip that she didn't have a backup plan for.I don't plan on bringing my Zelda on any other flights but if I ever have to do so I would 10/10 utilize Elaine's services at PRI.
