This did not seem like a business relationship. This was like a best friend who was available day and night in different time zones to help me, like my PA. I had looked at some documentation to move the three pets from the US to the UK, and the documents conflicted on how to do it, the order and timing and what to do first. We had our family vet who has done this before, but even they were not certain of the process and expected over 30 days to complete before getting the travel certificate / Pet passport before the flight. I looked for multiple companies to complete the process, and Elaine from PRI really stood out. We had an initial call where she could explain the process, understand the pitfalls, and not only process the movement but also take over, working directly with the vet and teaching them. The vet even said how wonderful and helpful she was in explaining how to fill in the forms for the certificates, and Elaine continued driving every step of the process, shortening the timelines.Everyone we worked with, from dropping off the pets to collecting them at the destination airport, cleaning them, and delivering them to our destination, was wonderful and helpful.We were rushing to move, and our expectations were over 30 days; Elaine did it all in a couple of weeks.Not only was this the best process I have experienced, but it also allowed me to focus on moving my house and people at an excellent price for more than a professional execution.It almost makes me look forward to moving again, if I do, I know who I am calling.
