We had a difficult situation (very large dogs, multiple states, and a time crunch) but Elaine is seriously a professional — she told us exactly what we needed to do, what documents we needed, and when we needed to do them, all the while scheduling appointments for us, and keeping us calm throughout the entire process. The prices are reasonable, and my giant yellow labs made it safely to Costa Rica. She was in contact with us the entire time and we felt confident, despite never having shipped our pets before.
