I am extremely disappointed with the support team. I ordered a cashmere sweater and was unhappy with the fit, wanting to return it. There was nothing wrong with the item. They asked for a picture of the garment and a video, which I cannot provide. Their claim of EASY returns feels absurd! I am within the return timeframe, and this request seems excessive and beyond standard business practices!
