I am extremely dissatisfied with the support experience. I ordered a cashmere sweater and was unhappy with the fit, wanting to return it. The product itself was fine. However, they asked for a picture of the item along with a video, which I cannot provide. They advertised EASY returns, but this is absurd! I am well within the return period and believe this request is unreasonable for standard business practices.

The agency is a terrible place to work. They employ many people beyond 12 weeks on the same contract without proper conditions, violating regulations. They attempt to force new contracts on workers to bypass rules. Anyone who raises questions is labeled as trouble. Communication is challenging, and it feels like reaching a voicemail. They show no concern for the wellbeing of their workers.
The company fails to respond to phone calls, messages, or emails. Staff are often unavailable. Claiming expenses is filled with obstacles to deter submissions. There seems to be little interest in personnel unless they need something. Employees are treated like commodities, looked down upon by those in supervisory roles.
