The product showcases excellent quality and beautiful craftsmanship. However, the packaging could be more robust, as the brackets pushed through the cardboard (no damage occurred, though). I ordered a pre-existing design, and it took 18 days to arrive. To be honest, had I known it was shipped from a distant location, I might have reconsidered my order.
