I wish I could give Petrol Vibes a 2.5 stars… right in the middles. I ordered a $299 neon track as a gift for my son for Christmas on 12/1. I started asking for an update or shipping info on 12/21. After emailing them both in response to their sales emails, and on their email link on their website. When that didn’t work, I started leaving comments on their facebook ads asking if I was ever going to get my order. They didn’t respond to any of emails until it finally shipped on 1/4 and arrived on 1/12. It was packed ok - not good, but not the worst. Unfortunately, when it was opened, there was NO hanging instructions, and 3 of the screws included in the track to hang it had broken from the track and cracked the back acrylic. I am now attempting to get instructions to repair and hang, or a replacement. We’ll see. I hope I can update with better news.
