This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I understand the production and shipping times as I have read in FAQs and an email from PV Customer Service, but it has now been 6 weeks since I’ve made my order. Per PV, production takes 15 business days, with shipping typically taking 2-7 business days... a preselected design, not customized. And now just received an email that the order is remaining delayed till further notice.
