If you’re ordering as a gift, be very mindful of timing. While general timelines are listed in the FAQ, it’s easy to underestimate the full turnaround when you factor in custom design, production, shipping, and holidays. I placed my order on December 3rd and it arrived on January 30th. I received the first shipping notification on January 19th, and overseas shipping time itself was expected. From order to delivery, the total turnaround was about 41 business days, including Christmas and New Year’s.
The box arrived pretty beat up and partially opened. It looked like clear packing tape was used but not reinforced on all sides, so the areas without tape ripped open and exposed the product. Thankfully, the product itself was fine.
Overall, I’m happy with the product. I just recommend ordering well in advance or reaching out to the company beforehand if you’re on a deadline.
