I think the cie has too many orders coming in as they can’t fullfill them within given time frame. If you don’t communicate with them, they won’t reach out on their own to inform you of delays. Also note that this is manufactured in Europe, if your order in usa or Canada you will have to pay import/taxes/fees to the transport cie before they release your product
