This company is awful! I bought 2 dog harnesses. I used the measurement guide and they arrived and are far to big for my dogs. One of the harnesses's are faulty the clip to secure arrived broken. They have a velcro removable strip which are personalised and because of this they wont exchange the products. I explained I carefully measured my dogs in order to get the right size. No returns available. Money wasted
