They are not in the UK. Cheap tat from China is what you'll receive. I might as well have bought from Temu as the products sent were TINY compared to what they should have been. Also, the pheromone collars are not in proper packaging, just cheap ziplock with Chinese stickers on... Can't be sure these collars are even legit.
'Premium' shipping takes nearly a month because products have to be airmailed from overseas. They then use EVRI once items are in the UK.
I wish I had found these reviews before wasting my money.
Well after i ordered i checked the reviews because it was taking a while and i worried a bit when i did as the reviews are terrible. But they surprised me so i am writing this review as it takes a lot to surprise me especially when it comes to dog toys.
I have an xl bully who loves to destroy toys. Well this one stands the test of am xl bullys bite force. Granted the shipping takes a little longer than id like. I ordered on the 23rd of jan it was shipped u days later on the 30th jan and i recieved it today 8th feb. But as its an international page not uk as the url suggests i suppose its not too bad considering.
What an atrocious company to deal with their customer service is seriously lacking.
First of all, my item took weeks to arrive, only to find out that it did not work, was not chargeable, and was a completely useless item.
I contacted the company immediately and still cannot get them to agree to a refund. The customer services will gaslight, u and stall. The best thing you can do if you have paid by credit card is immediately. Take it up with your credit card company or pay pal. The company now wants me to pay, for tracked shipping back to them at an address outside of the uk. Bearing in mind, this is for an item that was non. merchantable, in the first place and should never have been sold. There is no quality control, the item was cheaply made and of poor quality.
I would not purchase anything from this company unless you want. The headache of dealing with them If something goes wrong or you are prepared to just lose your money for the sake of your sanity.
My issue is still ongoing i ordered this item to arrive in time for christmas.
I ordered a dog coat with a harness, but it turned out to be too small. I assumed this was a company based in the UK, but I found out it isn't. I've reached out to the customer support team via email twice without any reply. Additionally, I discovered that returning the item will incur significant costs. This feels like a scam as it's not a UK-based company.
Like others have mentioned, I wish I had checked the reviews first. I placed an order at the beginning of the month, thinking there would be enough time to receive it as this was a gift. If you order now, there's no chance of getting it before Christmas! It's not worth it.

I didn't realize the company was based in a distant location, which is misleading given the website's URL. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. The items were far worse than I expected! I gave a toy to my dog for just a couple of minutes, and the paint started coming off, so we had to throw it away. I also received another item, but given the poor quality and service, I'm not willing to risk it. I doubt any safety checks were done on the products. An expensive lesson learned! Avoid this company!
From ordering to delivery took 10 days, with my order being shipped around the world. How is this company claiming to be based locally? The harness I received is not suitable for use. It appears to be a standard off-the-shelf item, yet I was told it was personalized, so no refund is possible. After my review, I was contacted by a representative asking for my order details, which they already have in their support inbox. It's appalling that companies operate this way!
