Wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this company! Like many others, I assumed from the name that this was a UK based company. Item took 2 weeks to arrive, badly damaged, very poor quality and not working as advertised. I have emailed for a refund, as their website suggests and have had no reply. Commented on a Facebook post of theirs and no reply. I'm guessing this is a lesson learnt! I'll now sit and await a useless generic response from Carmel telling me to do exactly what I've already done!! *UPDATE*And there it is! Generic, useless reply from Carmel! If you'd actually bothered reading my review, you will see I've already contacted customer service for a refund. I have had a generic reply, offering me a replacement.. I asked for a refund, I don't want another crap replacement. I've also opened a case with PayPal, highlighting the fact this is a scam company
